I'm Cesar Marquez, an enterprise AI and automation architect. For over a decade I have launched and scaled companies and built the software that runs them. HMGi is how I take that work on for a select few operators.

I started as an operator, running ventures across eCommerce, service, and multi-location retail. The pattern was always the same: the growth was real, but so was the manual work holding it back. So I learned to build the systems that took that work off the table. Automation, custom software, and revenue infrastructure that let a company scale without a bigger team. I am not an agency and I am not a freelancer. I am the architect you bring in when the systems have to work at scale, with real money moving through them. I build the thing, put it in production, and stand behind it. If you want cheap, I am not your builder. If you want it to work, I am.

The goal never changes: grow the business without growing the team. Every system I build is a hire you never have to make.

I care about what runs and what it moves. Real clients, real revenue, real stakes. A system that looks good in a demo and breaks in the field is not done.

I take a limited number of clients at a time, and you work with me directly, start to finish. No account managers, no handoffs, no B-team.
